Using the Site, submitting the contact form, emailing Golden Hill or taking part in a discovery call does not create a consulting or client relationship. A client relationship begins only when you and Golden Hill sign a written agreement, and that agreement will govern the work.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

 

Changes to these Terms

Golden Hill may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

 

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Golden Hill’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Golden Hill regarding the Site.
